In Egypt, Tredco has its own after-sales department with more than 10 service centers and around 25 technicians. It has its own call center with a hotline, and a mobile service car for quick service.
For the international market, Tredco provides free of charge original spare parts to their customers, and their foreign partner takes care of the service.
