EGYTRAFO Group was established in 1979. It consists of two main companies: EGYTRAFO and EGYTRAFO FOR INDUSTRY. EGYTRAFO was established in 1994 and it specializes in the production of oil transformers as well as Ni-Cd batteries; EGYTRAFO FOR INDUSTRY followed after the success of EGYTRAFO, and has been operating since 2007. It specializes in the production of dry type cast resin transformers.
