The normal lamp produces strong light because of “fuse” flaming, which is a thin complex thread wire. The electric current is used to heat this wire to flame in a very high temperature. To protect the flamed fuse from oxidation, it should be covered by a glass cover, which includes inert gas with no air. By this, the fuse continues in flaming without being burned or evaporated.
